Come try the basics of tai chi! 

The presentation will include a brief history and description of tai chi & qigong and some of the benefits that have been experienced by practitioners.  You will have an opportunity to try a few calming and easy components of the tai chi and qigong practices which include gentle movement, breath practices, acupressure and meditation.
